Plaintiff Bradley E. Murray originally brought this lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas naming two corporations (B.A.S.S., Inc., and Jemison Investment Co.) and several persons (Ray W. Scott, Helen Sevier, Karl Dabbs, and James Davis) as defendants.
