Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Smyk, J.), entered November 26, 1990 in Delaware County, upon a verdict rendered in favor of plaintiff.
In 1965 plaintiff and her husband purchased 153 acres of property on Oak Hill Road in the Town of Franklin, Delaware County, and moved to a residence on the property in 1970.
