I respectfully dissent because the reversal of this judgment would permit the prior joint fraudulent conduct of the parties to this appeal to be further perpetrated on the trial court.

Jeanne McFarland (her present remarried name), formerly Jeanne Reynolds, was the plaintiff in an original divorce action against William Clark Reynolds, the defendant hereafter called ex-husband. Jeanne McFarland was also the plaintiff in this bill of review, naming her ex-husband as defendant. Her petition for bill of review was dismissed by the trial court. She appeals.
