This action was brought by the appellee against one Oakerson and the appellant, on a bill of exchange, dated April 24th, 1867, drawn by Henry Jacobs on Oakerson & Co., in favor of Stephens, accepted by Oakerson & Co., and indorsed by Stephens and the appellant. There was a stipulation in the bill to pay all attorneys’ fees, and the costs and charges for the collection of the bill; and it is alleged that a reasonable attorney’s fee would be two hundred dollars.
