Harold Peck, a service station attendant, was slain in a robbery on January 19, 1970. Defendant was charged and convicted under the felony-murder statute, MCLA 750.316; MSA 28.548. This Court heard an appeal from that conviction and returned the cause to the trial court to determine whether a certain witness, whom defendant was not allowed to cross-examine as to his juvenile record, did in fact have a juvenile record.
