OPINION OF THE COURT

Respondent Jose A. Quesada was admitted to the practice of law in New York by the First Judicial Department on June *21819, 1978, as Jose Alberto Quesada. At all times relevant herein, respondent maintained an office for the practice of law within the First Judicial Department.

Petitioner Departmental Disciplinary Committee (DDC) seeks an order pursuant to 22 NYCRR 603.4 (e) (1) (i) and (iii) to suspend respondent from the practice of law forthwith based upon his willful failure to cooperate with the DDC in its investigation and uncontroverted evidence of serious professional…
