THIS MATTER is before the Court upon Plaintiff Palmer Trinity Private School, Inc.’s Motion to Remand (DE # 18), filed June 9, 2011. The Court is fully briefed in the matter.1

I. Background

The heart of the above-styled case is a heated dispute about the the implementation of local zoning regulations. Plaintiff Palmer Trinity Private School, Inc.
