SHAKE, Senior Judge:

James Estes, Randall Hayden, and Success Management Team, Inc. (collectively referred to as “Success”) appeal from a McCracken Circuit Court summary judgment granted in favor of Donald McKinney and Town & Country Real Estate, Inc. (collectively referred to as “Town & Country”). Success bases its appeal on the following grounds: (1) the trial court inappropriately applied the doctrine of accord of satisfaction; and (2) the trial court failed to make findings of fact regarding Success’s unanswered requests for admissions.
