Augustus Bauer, on the 22d day of January, 1886, exhibited his bill in the circuit court of Cook county, against the appellants, Cyrus H. McCormick, Jr., and others, praying for the partition of certain real estate, being all, or some portions of, lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, block 10, in Samuel J.
