Indiana Supreme Court
1Opinion of the Court
PRENTICE, Justice..
Defendant (Appellant) was convicted of burglary of a dwelling, a class A felony, Ind.Code § 35 — 43-2-1 (Burns 1979), after trial by a jury, and sentenced for fifty (50) years. This direct appeal raises the following issues:(1) Whether the trial court erred in allowing the defendant’s confession into evidence.(2) Whether the trial court erred in admitting an envelope and a portion of a letter into evidence.(3) Whether the evidence is sufficient to sustain the defendant’s conviction.(4) Whether the trial court erred in its sentencing of the defendant.
