In question is the correctness of the judgment entered in this action by the Jefferson Circuit Court which, in effect, holds that Kentucky courts are not required to give conclusive effect to a former adjudication of mental incompetency by another state. The appeal stems from the court’s refusal to authorize appellant to take physical custody of his alleged incompetent ward for the purpose of transporting her *554from Kentucky to New York. Also questioned is the sum allowed the guardian ad litem.
