MEMORANDUM OPINION
DOUGLAS O. TICE, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
This adversary proceeding came on for trial on May 14, 15 and 18, 1992, upon the plaintiff’s complaint to except certain debts from discharge pursuant to §§ 523(a)(2), (a)(4), and (a)(6). At trial the plaintiff narrowed its presentation, focusing primarily on § 523(a)(2)(A). The complex history of the debtor’s company and its relationship with the plaintiff necessitate extensive findings of fact.
