The first and second divisions of this opinion will deal solely with case No. 13,797.
The defendant in error moved to dismiss the writ of error, for reasons indicated in the preceding statement. Counsel for the plaintiffs in error concede that the motion to dismiss is well taken, so far as it relates to the exceptions to the order granting an interlocutory injunction; it appearing that the case has since proceeded to trial, and that a verdict and a decree in favor of the plaintiff were rendered. Accordingly, no further reference need be made to *823these exceptions.…
