BARNES, Presiding Judge.

Following a jury trial, Jordash Antwan Tanksley was convicted of burglary, armed robbery, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. Tanksley contends on appeal that the trial court improperly instructed a State’s witness to repeat his previous testimony or be charged with perjury and that the trial court erred in charging the jury. For the reasons set forth below, we disagree. Tanksley also claims that he was improperly punished as a recidivist in the absence of evidence of his prior convictions. We agree.
