I,GREMILLION, Judge.

The defendant, the Allen Parish School Board, appeals the judgment of the workers’ compensation judge awarding the plaintiff, Artchia Thomas Young, temporary total disability (TTD) benefits, the repayment of salary deductions, and the return of sick leave benefits. The workers’ compensation judge also ordered the School Board and its third-party adjustor, Mor-Tem Risk Management, to pay penalties and attorney’s fees. Young answered the appeal seeking attorney’s fees and penalties for the School Board and Mor Tern’s arbitrary and capricious denial of her request for surgery…
