OPINION

{¶ 1} Jeffrey Antonio Brown was convicted of several offenses, including felonious assault and aggravated burglary, following a jury trial in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. He appeals from his convictions and sentences.

{¶ 2} On August 9, 2005, Brown was indicted for aggravated robbery and two counts of felonious assault. He pled not guilty. On December 2, 2005, Brown was reindicted for aggravated robbery, two counts of felonious assault, having a weapon while under disability, kidnapping, aggravated burglary, and tampering with evidence.
