In this matter, the referee entered an order dismissing the trustee’s petition praying for an order directing the bankrupt to turn over to the trustee certain life insurance policies insuring the life of the bankrupt and the sum of $45,000 and all other moneys realized by the bankrupt on said policies. The order of the refereeHs now before this court for review.
