Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Lagaña, J.), rendered May 30, 1985, convicting him of rape in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree (three counts), burglary in the first degree, assault in the second degree, assault in the third degree, and endangering the welfare of a minor, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
