Plaintiff Mid Atlantic Engineering Technical Services, Inc. (“MAETS”) filed a suit against Defendants alleging breach of contract and fraudulent conversion and seeking the imposition of a constructive trust on the personal assets of Defendants Timothy and Ashlee Miller (“Millers”).
