Nicholas Brown, Michael Adams 1 and Donna Patterson brought suit against PHP Healthcare Corporation and Mark Kennedy in state court alleging various employment discrimination and retaliation claims. PHP Healthcare and Kennedy removed the case to federal court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441(b).
