MEMORANDUM

WANGELIN, Chief Judge.

This matter is before the Court upon defendants’ motion for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict and for the conditional grant of a new trial pursuant to Rule 50(b)(c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff has also moved for an order of equitable relief and for the award of attorney’s fees. Defendants’ motion for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict (hereinafter JNOV) will be granted and the Court will conditionally grant defendants a new trial.
