Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Caruso, J.), entered October 25, 2000 in Schenectady County, which granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Plaintiff commenced this action seeking to recover for injuries allegedly sustained when she tripped and fell over a curb located at defendant Rotterdam Square Mall in the Town of Rotterdam, Schenectady County, in February 1997.
