On April 17, 1934, the plaintiffs, Dollie F. Leitch and Olive A. Leitch, filed this suit against The New York Central Railroad Company, The Chicago Junction Railway Company, The Union Stock Yard & Transit Company of Chicago, The Chicago River and Indiana Railroad Co., and five industrial corporations having plants near track-age of said railroads in Chicago, to recover for their alleged use and occupation of certain real estate owned by plaintiffs.
