This is the complainant’s appeal from the decree of the Superior Court quashing a writ of ne exeat issued upon the petition of the complainant. The decree reads as follows:

“The above entitled cause came on for hearing upon the petition of the respondent, George It. McAuslan, for the discharge of a writ of ne exeat on which he had been committed to the Providence county jail, and thereupon, upon hearing and arguments of counsel for the parties in interest, it is hereby ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the writ of ne exeat be quashed, and that the said respondent have and recover against the…
