Tbis action involves tbe validity of plaintiff’s alleged tax title to tbe land in controversy. Tbe trial court beld it invalid, ordered judgment for defendants, and plaintiff appealed from an order denying a new trial.
Several objections to tbe title were urged by defendants in tbe court below and again in tbis court, only one of wbicb we find necessary to consider. As we bold tbe particular objection sound, all others become immaterial.
