PUTNAM, Circuit Judge.

This is a bill in equity heard on bill, answer, replication, and proofs. The state of New Hampshire was allowed by the court to intervene, and it appeared by its Attorney General. The hill was brought to determine the rights of the complainant in the bed and waters of Christine Lake, formerly North Pond, situated in the county of Coos, containing about 140 acres, and in the fishery therein.
