This is an appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska dismissing a product liability diversity case on the ground that the governing Nebraska statute of limitations bars the suit. The appellant contends that application of the statute to preclude its suit violated the due process and equal protection clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution and the due process and other provisions of the Nebraska Constitution.
