In Re Blanchard Estate

This case is before us on leave granted from a decision of the Court of Appeals, 43 Mich App 752; 204 NW2d 730 (1972) upholding the trial court ruling that the will of the deceased, Frederick B. Blanchard, had been revoked by operation of law.
