MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

NICKERSON, District Judge.

On November 25, 1980 plaintiff Stern Electronics, Inc. (Stern) filed a complaint alleging that defendants infringed plaintiff’s copyrights in its electronic video games “Kamikaze” and “Astro Invaders” by selling a virtually identical video game, “Zygon.” On January 19, 1981, following a hearing on Stem’s motion for a preliminary injunction, defendants consented to the entry of an order preliminarily enjoining them from infringing plaintiff’s copyrights in “Kamikaze” and “Astro Invaders,” and instructing them to deliver to the court for impoundment…
