MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
BESOSA, District Judge.
Before the Court is a motion for summary judgment filed by defendant Commo-LoCo, Inc. (“CommoLoCo”). (Docket No. 251.) For the reasons discussed below, the Court GRANTS defendant’s motion.
BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Maribel Vazquez-Robles (“Vazquez”) filed suit against her erstwhile employer, CommoLoCo, for disability discrimination and retaliation pursuant to the Americans with Disability Act (“ADA”), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and Commonwealth laws.
