11 Appellant Kevin Duane Barnard was tried by jury and convicted in the District Court of Tulsa County, Case No. CF-2007-2419, of Making Lewd or Indecent Proposals to a Child in violation of 21 0.8.Supp.2006, § 1128(A)(1) after one former conviction (Count 1).1 and Using a Computer System or Network for the Purpose of Committing a Felony in violation of 21 0.S$.2001. § 1958 (Count 2).
