Appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court (Mulvey, J.), entered July 6, 2004 in Tompkins County, which, inter alia, granted a motion by defendants Lee A. Wood and Charles Wood, Jr. for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against them, and (2) from the judgment entered thereon.
