Alabama Rivers Alliance and Friends of Hurricane Creek (hereinafter collectively referred to as “ARA”) petitioned this Court for a writ of certiorari to review the Court of Civil Appeals’ decision reversing a judgment of the Tuscaloosa Circuit Court (“the trial court”) dismissing an appeal by Tuscaloosa Resources, Inc.
