— Affirming.

On March 29, 1923, M. J. Farris, then 77 years of age, a widower, married Zillah Dawes Farris, then 31 years of age. A few days prior to the marriage the parties entered into an antenuptial contract by which it was agreed that Zillah Dawes, should she survive M. J. Farris, should receive out of his estate bonds of the value of $25,000 at the date of his death, in full satisfaction of her marital rights in his property.
