Defendant, Bachelor Gulch Metropolitan District (Bachelor Gulch), appeals the district court's orders awarding attorney fees and costs under 42 U.S.C. § 1988 to two groups of plaintiffs (plaintiffs), namely, Beaver Creek Property Owners Association, Inc. (Beaver Creek) and Strawherry Park at Beaver Creek Property Owners Association, Inc. and certain of its owners (collectively, Strawberry Park).
