OPINION

SHERRY RADACK, Chief Justice.

Appellant, Maricella Benavente, appeals from a judgment, rendered upon a jury *747verdict, that she take nothing in her suit for damages resulting from a rear-end automobile collision. In one issue, she contends that “the jury verdict is incorrect and that [she] should have prevailed as a matter of law.” We affirm.

BACKGROUND
