2Per curiam
Tennessee Valley Trades and Labor Council, the defendant below, appeals the district court’s judgment vacating an arbitration award that ordered plaintiff Tennessee Valley Authority to reinstate Robert W. Ingle to his former position as a nuclear reactor unit operator at the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant. Because we conclude that the award “drew its essence” from the collective bargaining agreement between the parties, we find it necessary to reverse the district court’s judgment…
