On August 13 2010, Goodwater was indicted by a grand jury with nineteen counts of the class B felony of possession of a child pornography video and one count of the class C felony of possession of a single photograph of child pornography pursuant to section 573.037.3 A jury trial was held from May 2 through May 4, 2012.
