An original application was filed in this court seeking a writ of mandamus to compel the judge of the superior court for Pend Oreille county to enter of record at once a formal final order dismissing a proceeding previously brought by petitioners and lately tried in that court. Upon the showing made by the applicants’ petition, the chief justice directed the issuance of a writ commanding the Honorable C. A.
