PONDER, Justice.

Plaintiffs brought suit seeking to recover from the defendant, a general contractor, the sum of $1,500 to refinish certain terrazzo flooring installed by the defendant in the house of plaintiffs, and the sum of $1,000 for breach of contract. The defendant called a sub-contractor, G. L. Ducros Tile Company, in warranty and after trial there was judgment in favor of plaintiffs and against the defendant contractor in the sum of $1,500 and in favor of defendant and against the sub-contractor Ducros Tile Company in the sum of $1,500.
