Opinion

KEENAN, J.

This is an appeal from a decision of the Circuit Court of Arlington County, upholding a determination of the Virginia Employment Commission (VEC) that Milton Lee, appellant, was disqualified from receiving unemployment benefits under Code § 60.1-58(a). The VEC and the circuit court based this determination on a finding that appellant had terminated his employment with the General Services Administration (GSA), appellee, voluntarily and without good cause. The issue before us is . whether the circuit court correctly sustained the findings and decision of the VEC.
