Action for patent infringement, breach of contract, and unjust enrichment arising out of the production and emplacement of tetrapods by defendant Elmer C. Gardner, Inc., in the construction of jetties at Port Mansfield, Texas, under contract with defendant Willacy County Navigation District. Plaintiffs allege that their United States patent for artificial blocks for structures exposed to the action of moving water has been infringed by defendants, that defendant Gardner has breached its alleged licensing agreement with plaintiffs, and that said defendant is unjustly…
