This case begins with two large-scale warehouse burglaries in October and November of 2011. After a lengthy investigation, David Lazaro Oliva and Rafael Gomez Uranga were indicted in November 2013 in connection with those burglaries and charged with conspiracy to commit interstate transportation of stolen property, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 , and aiding *1296 and abetting the interstate transportation of stolen property, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2314 and 2.
