Appellant was convicted of the offense of delivery of less than a gram of methamphetamine in a drug free zone, a third degree felony. Tex. Health & Safety Code §§ 481.112(a), (b); 481.134(d). His punish*309ment was enhanced with a prior felony to a second degree felony, Tex. Penal Code § 12.42(a), and the trial court assessed his sentence at fifteen years’ confinement in the penitentiary.
