■ Obey Anthony was convicted under an indictment charging that he unlawfully had in his possession a still and-fermenters, and other appliances connected with a still- and used in connection therewith, and also had in his possession mash and other substances capable of being used in the manufacture of . ardent spirits, and sentenced to jail for three months and to pay a fine of $50.00.
