The Petitioner, Bayside Enterprises, Inc. (Bayside), appeals from an order of the Superior Court (Waldo County) affirming a decision of the Respondent, Maine Agricultural Bargaining Board (the Board). In its decision the Board declared the Respondent, Pine Tree Poultry Bargaining Committee (Pine Tree), to be a qualified association of poultry producers under the Maine Agricultural Marketing and Bargaining Act (the Act), 13 M.R.S.A. §§ 1953-1965 (1981).
