Appellees filed their bill in the circuit court of Cook county to enjoin an alleged trespass and for other relief. Appellees own the east half of the northwest quarter of section 36, in Maine township, Cook county, and appellants own the east half of the southwest quarter of section 25, same township, which lies immediately north of and joins appellees’ land.
