This cause is before the court on the motion of plaintiffs Dolgencorp Inc. and Dollar General Corporation (Dolgen) for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and the separate cross-motions of defendants The Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, The Tribal Court of the Mississippi Band of Choctáw Indians and the Honorable Christopher A.
