PERRY, J.

The opinion of this court in re Estate of Lalakea, 26 Haw. 243, contains a recital of the steps theretofore taken in this cause. Further proceedings having subsequently been had in the trial court, the case now comes to this court on writ of error. There are three assignments of error.
