OPINION OF THE COURT

GARTH, Circuit Judge.

In these consolidated appeals we are presented with challenges on numerous grounds to the convictions of Anthony Pro-venzano, Thomas Andretta, and Stephen Andretta under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (RICO), 18 U.S.C. § 1962. 1 The defendants 2 were convicted by a jury at a joint trial of conspiracy to violate RICO and of substantive violations, and were sentenced to prison terms and fined. 3 We have determined that the district court made no errors at trial which would warrant reversal, and we therefore affirm the judgment of…
